This play is a gentle comedy of sibling rivalries. Three sisters are gathered at the house of their recently deceased mother. Surprisingly, their brother has failed to turn up. From the sisters' gossip it appears that their mother was no saint. |
We received praise from the audience for the excellent characterisation, comic timing, and even the set. |
Directed by Stuart Salmon
Cast (from left to right):
Eric (and others) .................. David Anderson
Judd (and others) .................. Felicia Gray
Les (and others) .............. Damian Sherwood-Johnson
Ralph (and others) .................. Isaac Wilsher
Bursting with imagination and wit and presented by just four actors, Bouncers is an outrageous and hilarious parody of the 1980s disco scene. The four bouncers portray over twenty different characters as we are invited for a drunken night on the town. |
Some audience members found the strong language and adult content to be too much, but others praised the play as "brave" and "amazing". |
